BACKGROUND reports have been ordered into a Galashiels man who admitted being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug.
Thirty-three-year-old Robert Chaplin also admitted at Selkirk Sheriff Court a charge of possession of a class B drug.
Sentence was deferred until April 16 for the production of a Criminal Justice Social Work Report and a Restriction of Liberty order assessment.
Co-accused Lauren Higgins, 23, who gave an address in Galashiels, had her not guilty plea to a charge of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug accepted by the Crown.
