AN OAP has admitted being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug at her Galashiels home.
Valerie Henderson, 71, pleaded guilty at Selkirk Sheriff Court to the offence which happened at a house in Balmoral Road, Galashiels, on September 2, 2022.
Co-accused Barry Johnston, who is 43, of Penman Place, Galashiels, pleaded guilty to the same charge.
Sentence was deferred until April 16 for the production of background reports including a Restriction of Liberty Order assessment.
A confiscation order under the Proceeds of Crime Act will also be considered on that date.
